BOTANICA

Inspired by the world of plants and the mechanisms responsible for constant creation despite all the difficulties of life, I decided to create a series presenting non-existent vegetation. The gouaches present creatures that are like a combination of man and plant. Similarities in functioning, susceptibility to the passage of time and external factors, the amazing fact that plants, like animals or people, communicate with each other, means that our two worlds, namely the world of plants and the world of man, should become increasingly connected in the future, and not, as we see now, increasingly distant from each other. After all, we are the same projects that once did not exist. We have appeared for a moment and in the future we will be replaced by organisms that do not yet exist, better adapted to the surrounding conditions than we are.
